ORDERS:

Do you receive an order confirmation?

Yes you do once you have completed the payment process an order confirmation is emailed to you. Please check your spam if you do not see it and add us to your safe senders, making us one of your favourites if you are really generous.

Delivery Address?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed the delivery address can not be changed due to security. All our parcels are delivered by Her Majesty’s Royal Mail.

Collections?

Due to security and health and safety at our logistics warehouse we do not allow collection of orders in person.

Invoice?

If required a VAT invoice can be supplied, please drop us an email with your order number and name and we will send one by return.

DELIVERY:

Delivery Methods?

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. So generally speaking, from when you place your order, you should receive it within 4 days. For larger orders over £50 we will send the order by DPD next working day express. This is at our discretion.

Delivery Abroad/ Non-UK?

Sorry we only deliver to UK addresses.

Delivery Cost?

Delivery costs within the UK

– Delivery costs onto offshore/ highlands/ Northern Ireland additional £2

Change Delivery Address?

Please note as we aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, we are unable to amend the delivery address once the order is processed.
