Orders are sent via Royal Mail, the UK’s most trusted and oldest delivery network.

All paid orders are shipped the next working day. Items are not dispatched on weekends or national holidays. We need a rest guys!

We know getting your items delivered safely and on time is critical, that’s why we’ve partnered with the UK’s most trusted network. All orders are scanned on delivery by your luverly postie.

Some larger / trade orders may be sent via the DPD parcel delivery network. However this is at our discretion due to additional costs.

Returning Your Order

If you would like to return your order, please contact us via the relevant email address hi@all-lights.co.uk.

Please note – when returning a product, it must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, including the original packaging. If the original packing charge is not adhered to then there will be a surcharge of 20% or the order value, covering the repacking of the item into a sellable condition.

Change of Mind
If you are returning your order due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for all postage return’s costs. A proof of postage should be kept to verify the return of the order.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event the product has a fault within the first 14 days, please contact us the first instance and we may be able to help resolve any issue. Before you return your item, please make sure that:
1.You include your order number, the email address you placed the order with and the products you are returning.
2.The goods and packaging are undamaged
